Yes. We deliver almost everywhere in South Africa, through a courier company .Post Net to Post Net or Pargo. Delivery generally take 3-5 working days .
What is the delivery cost? Delivery cost depends on location . We try to keep these cost at reasonable prices so you may live healthy without breaking the bank. Customers purchasing products to the value of R600 or more can enjoy FREE delivery of their orders. For Pargo and Post net to Post Net orders are subject to location. Please don’t hesitate to email or add your address in upon checkout to get a set fee. If your order is R600 or more we will do your order free of charge.
These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:
We do not accept returns unless, there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered within 7 working days from delivery date.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Wellness Link within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
Goods should be returned: If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If an item has been opened or used and you are not satisfied with the item we will pass this feedback on to the supplier. The supplier will handle it with their own discretion and the responsibility does not fall on Wellness Link to issue a refund. The return of a product is at the clients cost.
If your purchase was collected from a Post net please forward pictures of the defected item and describe the defect in detail .We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint. In returning a faulty item please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arose.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Wellness Link within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
