Acceptance of your order
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing said or done by us is an acceptance of an order until we confirm acceptance in writing, referring to the order. The sale between Wellness Link and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Wellness Link. Our email message will also confirm details of your purchase and tell you when we shall dispatch your order. If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will notify you when the goods will be back in stock or offer you alternatives. If this happens you may: Accept the alternatives we offer, cancel all or part of your order.
Delivery and pick up policy
All orders are dispatched via the Post Office, Postnet to Postnet delivery nearest to your street address – a dropdown list of your nearest Postnet is provided on the checkout page for customers in other provinces or courier service .We strive for same day delivery ,stock depending but If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 10 (ten) days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
Upon delivery, Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience. Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable. If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery. Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence. We are happy for you to pick up Goods from our shop provided you make an appointment in advance and payment has been received into our bank account.
Goods returned policy
These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:
We do not accept returns unless, there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered within 7 working days from delivery date.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Wellness Link within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
Goods should be returned: If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If an item has been opened or used and you are not satisfied with the item we will pass this feedback on to the supplier. The supplier will handle it with their own discretion and the responsibility does not fall on Wellness Link to issue a refund. The return of a product is at the clients cost.
If your purchase was collected from a Postnet please forward pictures of the defected item and describe the defect in detail .We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint. In returning a faulty item please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arose.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Wellness Link within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Wellness Link shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Wellness Link respect your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment via payfast is a safe, secure and reliable way to purchase items online .You may use a Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Wellness Link bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
